Since its grand opening in 2000, The Table restaurant's concept has remained the same - use whole foods, add the freshest ingredients, flavour dishes with a full spectrum of spices and create a range of vegetarian entrees, salads and desserts that are healthy and delicious while also meeting the restrictions of Vegan and gluten-free diets. The Table's Chef Ian Lipski and the kitchen team ensure that standards remain high by using Organic produce and ingredients unless unavailable, in which case they are listed in the ingredients list that accompanies every dish. Owner Simon Saab is adamant when it come to freshness...
The buffet-style dining allows you to choose from our hot dishes, hot and cold salads, and desserts. Your meal is priced by weight which allows you to load up on your favourites, sample new treats and go back for seconds!
And because health is a priority, the water offered is filtered and free of contaminants.
