Through continued patronage, The Table has become an integral part of the community and as such it is important to also give back to the community whether in support of local business or local events and interests and those in need.

• Support of local growers who supply fresh produce from June to September.
• The organic flour used is from Mountain, Ontario where it is grown and milled.
• The organic chocolate comes from Cocoa Camino.
• The certified Fair Trade organic coffee is roasted weekly, here in Ottawa.
• The Table also supports local artists whose works are showcased on a monthly rotating basis.

Every New Year's Day is Feed the Hungry Day when the restaurant holds an open door to the less fortunate in our community, serving up to 80 clients a healthy meal.
