Ian Lipski - Disciplined in the French culinary arts in London, England, Chef Ian came to the table with 20 years of experience in hospitality, in restaurants, hotels and venues from Nassau, Bahamas to Ottawa. His attention to detail and creative flair have earned him praise among peers, clientele and critics alike. Adrian Fontaine - Talented and busy baker creates 140 cakes per week in addition to many other desserts from spicy ginger cookies (made with fresh grated ginger) to decadent cheesecake. He also bakes special order cakes. The friendly and approachable staff is always available to answer questions and listen to comments.
