buffetSimon Saab - Owner and proprietor of The Table Restaurant has enjoyed over 35 years in the hospitality industry which began in his father's restaurant in Sandy Hill. Since then he's owned and operated various restaurants in the Ottawa region. His uncompromising standards on quality and passion for excellence have made The Table a popular destination for Ottawa restaurant patrons.

Ian Lipski - Disciplined in the French culinary arts in London, England, Chef Ian came to the table with 20 years of experience in hospitality, in restaurants, hotels and venues from Nassau, Bahamas to Ottawa. His attention to detail and creative flair have earned him praise among peers, clientele and critics alike.

Adrian Fontaine - Talented and busy baker creates 140 cakes per week in addition to many other desserts from spicy ginger cookies (made with fresh grated ginger) to decadent cheesecake. He also bakes special order cakes.

The friendly and approachable staff is always available to answer questions and listen to comments.
