Our staff and associates all work towards making your experience at The Table a memorable one. Simon Saab and Adam Aboud, the owners of The Table, both work very hard to please their patrons. Simon has a 25 year history in hospitality, which began at his fatherÕs restaurant in Sandy Hill, and continued as owner and operator of various restaurants in the Ottawa community. Adam has always taken great satisfaction in his work, also starting at a young age in his fatherÕs restaurant. Adam has, from the beginning, been an integral part of The Table restaurant. Ian Lipski, our Chef at The Table, has over 25 years of experience in hospitality in numerous restaurants, hotels and venues from Nassau, Bahamas to Ottawa, Canada. Disciplined in the French culinary arts in London, England, Ian takes great care in his work and brings creativity to his art.
